Ramallah, Palestine – Supreme Constitutional Court المحكمة الدستورية العليا – دولة فلسطين – The supreme constitutional court – The Director of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation in Jerusalem, Guglielmo Giordano, visited today, June 24th, 2021, the President of the Constitutional Court, Prof. Muhammad Al-Hajj Qassem at the court’s headquarter, in order to enhance the cooperation between the two sides. The Constitutional Court seeks to open up prospects of collaboration with AISC Gerusalemme, specifically in the Gender Field next to that the exchange of knowledge and experiences in order to ensure the establishment rules of constitutional justice and the protection of human rights. Giordano expressed the importance of the Constitutional Court role in protecting rights and freedoms, expressing the readiness of AICS Gerusalemme to evaluate proposal of future collaboration with the Italian Constitutional Court in order to strengthen ties between both side and exchange knowledge and experiences.
