The promotion of policies to support adolescents’ #health on the national level, in order to reduce violence, unawareness and diseases among Palestinian youth, is the core mission of a new coalition of partners committed in #Palestine, launched today in Ramallah at the presence of the new Minister of Health May Kaileh.
During her speech, Minister Kaileh announced the opening of a special Department at her Ministry dedicated to adolescents’ health, as a strong commitment to this particular issue and a new attention to this segment of Palestinian society, so important for the present and the future.
Representatives of the Consulate General of Italy in Jerusalem, AICS and UNFPA attended the event, in the framework of a development project funded by the Italian Government and currently in its second phase, for a total amount of 1 MLN EURO.
