AICS Jerusalem staff recently took part in a training session on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), conducted by UNICEF. The session provided an important opportunity for staff to deepen their understanding of PSEA principles and the responsibilities that come with maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
Through interactive discussions and real-life case studies, participants explored key concepts, ethical standards, and appropriate behaviours that help foster a culture of integrity, dignity, and accountability within the workplace and in all professional interactions.
The training reinforced AICS Jerusalem’s commitment to promoting a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual exploitation and abuse, ensuring that all team members uphold the highest standards of conduct in their daily work and in their engagement with partners and communities.
